Application
The FlexStar® alpha-CoV & beta-CoV & RV RT-PCR Detection Mix 1.5 is a reagent system, based on real-time PCR technology, for the qualitative detection and differentiation of RNA from the alpha coronaviruses (CoV) human CoV-229E and human CoV-NL63, RNA from the beta coronaviruses human CoV-OC43 and human CoV-HKU1 and rhinovirus (RV) specific RNA. To be used with the FlexStar® (RT-)PCR Amplification Mix 1.5 RUO and the AltoStar® Internal Control 1.5.
