Application

The FlexStar^® Yersinia & Salmonella & Campylobacter PCR Detection Mix 1.5 is a reagent system, based on real-time PCR technology, for the qualitative detection and differentiation of Yersinia enterocolitica, Salmonella enterica ssp. and Campylobacter (C. coli, C. jejuni and C. fetus) specific DNA. To be used with the FlexStar^® (RT-)PCR Amplification Mix 1.5 and the AltoStar^® Internal Control 1.5.
