The FlexStar® E. coli Pathotype 1 PCR Detection Mix 1.5 is a reagent system, based on real-time PCR technology, for the qualitative detection and differentiation of DNA specific for virulence factors of enteropathogenic E. coli (EPEC) and enterohemorrhagic E. coli (EHEC).
