Application
The FlexStar® Bordetella PCR Detection Mix 1.5 is a reagent system, based on real-time PCR technology, for the qualitative detection and differentiation of Bordetella pertussis, Bordetella parapertussis and Bordetella holmesii specific DNA. To be used with the FlexStar® (RT-)PCR Amplification Mix 1.5 RUO and the AltoStar® Internal Control 1.5.
